TICKER SYMBOL REMAINS "VRNG" AND WARRANTS WILL CHANGE TO "VRNGW"

NEW YORK - April 30, 2013 - Vringo, Inc. (NASDAQ: VRNG), a company engaged in the innovation, development and monetization of mobile technologies and intellectual property, today announced that it has commenced trading on the NASDAQ Capital Market. The company's common stock will continue to trade using the ticker symbol "VRNG" and the warrants will now trade using the ticker symbol "VRNGW".
